i have a lovely husband and two gorgeous little girls. as a family we have spent our time between the South West of England and our home in the South West of France. We now live in Chicago and i feel priviledged having cooked in three different kitchens in three different countries, and to source my ingredients in very different ways. Many of my life's favourite memories seem to be linked in some way to food, and my children have provided me with another way to explore my hobby.
